Free 30 minute Consultation

If you're interested in starting sex therapy but unsure whether it's the right fit for you, we offer a free 30-minute in-person consultation (a $75 value). This gives you a chance to meet with a therapist, ask questions, and get a sense of whether our approach aligns with your needs.
To schedule your free consultation, please call our office or complete the online appointment request form.

Do you Accept Insurance?

We do not accept insurance, and this is an intentional choice. By remaining out-of-network, we are able to provide care that is guided by clinical judgment and your needs, not limited by insurance restrictions.
Most insurance companies do not cover couples therapy or therapy for sexual concerns. By not billing directly, we can offer the treatment you are asking for without restrictions on session length, number of visits, or types of issues addressed. It also helps us protect your privacy, as your records are not shared with insurance companies.
That said, many clients choose to submit their sessions for out-of-network reimbursement. Some insurance plans will reimburse part of your session cost. If you would like to explore this, we can provide a superbill (an itemized receipt) for each fully paid session that you can submit to your insurance provider.
Please note: Reimbursement is not guaranteed, and we encourage you to contact your insurance company directly to ask:
  • Do you cover out-of-network mental health services?
  • Do you reimburse for individual therapy (CPT code 90837) or couples therapy (CPT code 90847)?
  • What percentage is reimbursed, and is there a deductible?
Click here for a guide to checking your out-of-network coverage
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis upon request.

Payment Methods

Payment is due in full at the time of your session.
We accept:
  • Cash
  • Personal checks
  • Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express)
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) debit cards
We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment or you are subject to a cancellation or "no show" fee.
