More resources are on the way, including therapist-friendly templates, forms, and guides for building and running a thriving practice.

Why These Tools Work for You and Your Clients

Picture
I’m Amanda, a licensed marriage and family therapist, sex therapist, clinical supervisor, and practice owner with over 15 years of experience doing therapy. Through my work teaching/lecturing at the graduate level, supporting other clinicians, and training professionals in sex therapy and supervision, I began developing the kinds of tools that support efficient, thoughtful, and clinically grounded practice.
These resources are built from what I use in my own therapy room and in supervision. They’re designed to support therapists who want structure, clarity, and confidence in their approach to assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, or supervisory work.
Each tool is practical, easy to implement, and informed by real clinical experience. They’re created to save time, reduce guesswork, and strengthen the work you’re already doing with your clients and supervisees.

Supervisor Guide to Relational Intensity

$20.00

This two-part supervision tool is designed to help therapists and supervisors navigate the complex relational dynamics that can arise in therapy, including but not limited to erotic transference and countertransference.

The Therapeutic Dynamics Self-Check invites therapists to reflect on emotional intensity, blurred boundaries, projection, and energetic shifts that may be influencing the therapeutic relationship. The Therapeutic Dynamics Self-Check is intended to be given by the supervisor to the supervisee when a case feels emotionally charged, hard to talk about, or energetically “different.” It offers structured prompts to help the supervisee reflect on their internal responses, relational patterns, and potential countertransference.

The Supervisor Companion Guide provides targeted questions and supportive guidance to help you walk through the self-check together in supervision. It helps normalize these conversations while supporting ethical reflection, emotional awareness, and ethical clinical decision-making.

Use this tool when you or your supervisee notice patterns of avoidance, boundary stretching, or heightened relational intensity in the room. It’s designed to support deeper reflection and help determine whether something needs to shift in the supervisee’s clinical work.
